Il progetto per il concorso di “Cartasia” ha consentito ad un gruppo di amici a ritagliarsi un po’ di tempo per se stessi, e a ritrovarsi , seduti al tavolo di un’ osteria, a scambiarsi idee, fermamente convinti che la creatività sia la vera, la prima, energia rinnovabile ….

..ed allora rovesciamo l’infausto destino dei libri destinati al macero, troviamogli una nuova funzione! E’ nata così l’idea di realizzare delle sedute formate esclusivamente da libri incollati tra loro. Quindi, oltre a leggere un libro, potremo stare comodamente seduti su una “montagna” di libri, sperando che questo ci inviti a riflettere, a chiacchierare, …a ri-parlare.

Quest’opera nasce da un momento di pausa dalla frenesia quotidiana e dalla voglia di esprimere la creatività rendendo omaggio al libro, questo straordinario mezzo che da sempre é una fonte inesauribile di stimoli. Con loro, spesso, la creatività nasce, cresce, fino a diventare, per alcuni di noi, un elemento imprescindibile della nostra vita!

… and then we reverse the inauspicious destiny of books destined for pulp, let’s find a new function! Thus was born the idea of ​​creating seats made up exclusively of books glued together. So, besides reading a book, we will be able to sit comfortably on a “mountain” of books, hoping that this will invite us to reflect, to chat, … to talk again.

This work stems from a moment of rest from the daily frenzy and the desire to express creativity by paying tribute to the book, this extraordinary medium that has always been an endless source of stimuli. With them, creativity is often born, grows, to become, for some of us, an essential element of our life!
